Your responsibilities:
- ✈️ Coordination of PRM Agents and Lifting Equipment Operators for the purpose of providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility
- ✈️ Assignment of duties to PRM Agents for the preparation of airline check-in counters, accompanying crews to the aircraft, transporting supplies to VIP lounges, and anything else deemed operationally necessary
- ✈️ Checking of equipment (narrow wheelchairs, standard wheelchairs) for their suitability and recording/counting them in the corresponding corporate form
- ✈️ Informing the relevant involved departments in case of disruption to the smooth operation of the department
- ✈️ Adherence to quality measures and regulations defined by the Airport and the current legislation for passengers with reduced mobility
- ✈️ Ability to make decisions under pressure
What we are looking for:
- ✈️ High School Diploma
- ✈️ English degree level B2 (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
- ✈️ Desirable previous experience in a similar position or in the customer service sector
- ✈️ Very good knowledge of computer operation (MS Office)
