Your responsibilities: ✈️ Passenger service at self-service check-in machines ✈️ Check-in of passengers and baggage at check-in counters ✈️ Overweight charges & services ✈️ Verification of travel documents and identification ✈️ Aircraft arrivals ✈️ Passenger escorting ✈️ Boarding gate coordination (gate organization / announcements / carry-on baggage check / passenger boarding)

What we are looking for: ✈️ High School Diploma ✈️ English language proficiency at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent) ✈️ Desirable second foreign language ✈️ Desirable previous experience in a similar position or in the customer service sector ✈️ Familiarity with computers
