Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Aviation Operations Trainee to join our team and develop practical knowledge of private aviation operations. This is a structured training role for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in business aviation. You will receive hands-on exposure to charter operations, flight support, supplier coordination and aviation documentation while supporting the Company’s commercial and operational activities.

Roles&Responsibilities

  1. Flight Operations Training &Support
  • Support day-to-day charter and business aviation operational activities under supervision.
  • Learn and assist with flight planning coordination, airport requirements, permits, slots, handling, FBO arrangements, fuel, crew support and ground transportation.
  • Assist with flight documentation, passenger itineraries, operational checklists and flight watch activities.
  • Coordinate with operators, handling agents, FBOs, airports and other aviation service providers as required.
  • Support the team in responding to operational changes, schedule adjustments and time-sensitive requests.
  1. Operational Database &Commercial Support
  • Maintain and update operator, airport, FBO, handling and supplier databases.
  • Assist with aircraft availability checks, supplier quotations and basic charter sourcing support.
  • Prepare operational information, cost comparisons and supporting documents for the commercial team.
  • Assist with aircraft management, maintenance coordination and aviation document control when required.
  • Participate in internal training exercises and case simulations when there are no active flights.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Air Transport, Logistics, Business, Hospitality, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior internship or experience in aviation, airline operations, airport operations, travel or flight support is an advantage.
  • Communication: Good written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers and clients.
  • Work Style: Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Availability: Comfortable supporting aviation operations outside normal office hours when required.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Interest: Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in business aviation and private aircraft operations.
