Location: Central Singapore EmploymentType: Full-Time Salary: SGD 2,800–3,300 per month

Job Summary

This is anentry-level development position designed for fresh graduates or candidates atthe early stage of their careers who are interested in building a long-termcareer in the aviation industry.

The successfulcandidate will receive structured on-the-job training and exposure acrossdifferent areas of business aviation, including charter, aircraft operations,aircraft management, aircraft transactions and commercial activities.

This role is intended to develop a well-rounded aviation professional who can progressively take on greater responsibilities as the Company grows.

Roles &Responsibilities

  • Support the team in day-to-day business aviation activities and projects.
  • Assist with charter-related research ,aircraft sourcing and basic quotation support.
  • Learn and support basic flight operations coordination, including airport, handling, FBO, permit and flight support matters.
  • Assist with aircraft management related documentation and coordination.
  • Support aircraft transaction projects ,including market research, aircraft information gathering and documents preparation.
  • Assist with research on aircraft types ,market trends, operators, brokers and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate aviation-related databases, records and project information.
  • Participate in internal training, case studies and practical aviation exercises.
  • Support commercial and business development activities where required.
  • Work closely with senior team members and external aviation partners to gain practical industry exposure.
  • Undertake other aviation-related assignment and projects as part of the structured training programmed.
  • Provide support to the CEO and senior management
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as assign by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Business, Logistics, Hospitality, Engineering, International Business or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with internship or entry level experience in aviation, airport operations, airlines, travel, logistic or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Strong interest in aviation and willingness to build a long-term career in the industry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to take on different types of assignments.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and organized.
  • Comfortable working in a small and growing team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently after training and take ownership of assigned tasks.
