Food Processing Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate food processing machines and equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform or monitor weighing, mixing, processing, filling, and other production activities as assigned.
• Follow approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor processing parameters such as temperature, time, weight, and product quality.
• Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of production areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
