Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect network assets and data, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of network professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Project Management: Lead complex network projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the escalation point for critical network issues, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure, implement, and support network solutions. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your deep expertise in Networking , Network Infrastructure , and Network Management daily. Proficiency with industry-standard certifications like CCNA and CCNA Security is crucial. Your command of Cybersecurity principles, coupled with strong Troubleshooting and System Administration skills, will be essential in maintaining a secure and efficient environment. Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 7-15 years of progressive experience in network infrastructure management, demonstrating a proven track record as an Experienced professional. Educational Background: While a specific degree is not mandated, a strong foundation in Computer Science , Engineering , or Information Technology (IT) is highly valued. Equivalent practical experience and industry certifications will also be considered. Technical Prowess: Deep expertise in Network Infrastructure , Networking , and Network Management . Proficiency in System Administration and advanced Troubleshooting techniques. Strong command of Cybersecurity principles and practices. Certifications such as CCNA and CCNA Security are highly desirable.

Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in Project Management , including planning, execution, and delivery of complex network initiatives.
