Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and enforce robust HSE policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with national and international standards. Risk Mastery: Lead comprehensive Risk Management initiatives, identifying potential hazards and implementing effective mitigation strategies across all project phases. Compliance & Assurance: Conduct thorough Safety Audits and inspections to ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety and Environment regulations and internal guidelines. Incident Management: Oversee Incident Investigation processes, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Project Integration: Collaborate closely with Project/Program Management teams to integrate HSE considerations into all planning and execution phases for installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Team Development: Mentor and guide HSE personnel, fostering a proactive and engaged safety culture within the team and across the organization. Quality Advocacy: Contribute to overall Quality Assurance by embedding safety and environmental excellence into every aspect of our work. Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, with significant exposure to installation, maintenance, repair, or project management environments. Managerial Acumen: Proven track record in a Manager level role, demonstrating strong Leadership and the ability to effectively manage teams, projects, and multiple stakeholders. Core Competencies: Exceptional proficiency in HSE principles, Risk Management , and the practical application of Safety and Environment best practices. Regulatory Mastery: In-depth knowledge of local and international Environmental Regulations and occupational health and safety standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 , ISO 14001 ). Key Skills: Demonstrated capabilities in conducting Safety Audits , managing Compliance Management systems, leading Incident Investigation , developing Emergency Response Planning , and driving Project Safety Management . Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively train, influence, and collaborate with all levels of staff and external partners.
