PMO Consultant

Responsibilities and assignments The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are: Map and orchestrate the execution of work plans for the various fronts related to:

• Certification of the ACMI model with ANAC
• Necessary requirements for the operational start of the ACMI model at GOL
• Integration of necessary operational aspects between GOL and Wamos
• Necessary requirements for the commercialization of ACMI model flights
• Integration of necessary commercial aspects between GOL and Wamos

Structure the ACMI front:

• Develop a work schedule with all involved areas
• Map costs for each area involved with the ACMI model
• Establish a routine for monitoring the progress of all fronts

Rigorously execute the established governance for the project:

• Report progress of all work fronts in the various project forums: weekly leaders' meeting, weekly meeting with the project sponsor, weekly C-level meeting
• Proactively and in advance signal possible delays or changes in plan
• Develop mitigation plans together with the involved areas for the reduction/recovery of identified delays

After entering operation, monitor the ACMI model operation and contract execution, including:

• SLA
• Payments
• Coordination with Jurídico/Frotas
• Management of the operation together with the Commercial and Operational areas

Requirements and qualifications What cannot be missing from your background:

• Completed Higher Education;
• Experience in the area;
• Experience as a PMO in projects;
• Experience with Team Management;
• Advanced English for conversation.
