Senior Internal Auditor

We are looking for an Auditor III to work on high-complexity corporate audits, conducting end-to-end work and supporting the transformation of the Audit function through innovation, data analysis, and a risk-oriented vision.

Responsibilities and duties
The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:
- Plan and execute medium and high-complexity internal audits, covering financial, operational, commercial, technological, and corporate processes;
- Develop risk-based audit programs, identifying opportunities to strengthen internal controls and governance;
- Conduct interviews, walkthroughs, control tests, and substantive procedures, properly documenting the evidence obtained;
- Assess risks, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations that add value to the business;
- Prepare executive reports with clear, objective communication directed at different levels of the organization;
- Present results and recommendations to managers and executives, conducting technical discussions and supporting the construction of action plans;
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions, assessing their effectiveness and the mitigation of identified risks;
- Act as a technical reference for less experienced auditors, contributing to team development and the dissemination of best practices;
- Support the preparation of the risk-based Annual Audit Plan and other strategic initiatives of the area;
- Use data analysis, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to increase the efficiency and scope of audit work;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Internal Audit methodology, processes, and indicators.
Requirements and qualifications
What must be in your background:
- Completed Higher Education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas (diploma or graduation);
- Solid experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Internal Controls, or Risk Management;
- Experience in conducting end-to-end audits, from planning to the follow-up of action plans;
- Knowledge in risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance;
- Analytical capacity for process assessment and identification of improvement opportunities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare executive reports and interact with different hierarchical levels;
- Advanced Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Advanced English for reading, writing, and conversation;
- Availability for travel.

- Professional certifications such as CIA, CCSA, CRMA, CPA, CFE, or similar;
- Experience in publicly traded companies or highly regulated environments;
- Knowledge of COSO, IIA Standards, SOX, and corporate risk management;
- Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, ACL, IDEA, Python, or similar);
- Experience in technology audits, information security, or analytics;
- Knowledge of Spanish;
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation.
