Senior Project Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments

The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:

• Support the coordination of interdisciplinary working groups for the Group and its OpCos, monitoring project milestones and deliveries;
• Act in initiatives involving culture and change management, optimization and continuous improvement of processes, tools, governance, and organizational structure, strengthening collaboration between the CPO and the OpCos of Grupo Abra;
• Lead CPO data management, including analyses and development of insights on operational performance, savings, and synergies, proactively identifying deviations and opportunities to support leadership in decision-making;
• Monitor schedules, deliveries, budgets, and objectives of CPO projects and related areas of Grupo Abra.

Requirements and qualifications

These must be in your background:

• Completed degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Administration, or related fields (diploma or graduation);
• Excel: Advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis;
• Power BI: Creation of dashboards and dynamic reports;
• Experience in systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar;
• Experience in project management;
• Fluent English.

Desirable:

• Experience in aviation projects, aeronautical engineering, maintenance, or consulting;
• Knowledge of project management and fleet management tools;
• Previous experience in shared services centers;
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile), Design Thinking, Change Management, or Financial Analysis.
