Responsibilities and duties

• Co-responsible for the execution and analysis of the pricing and inventory strategy for a portfolio of sales segments, ensuring alignment and collaboration between areas;
• Regularly review and update the pricing policy to reflect changes in the market and company strategies;
• Analyze market trends and propose actions that positively impact revenue;
• Develop sales and revenue projection models;
• Develop and manage promotional items, aligning them with pricing strategies and market needs;
• Ensure the implementation of pricing actions according to established guidelines, with precision and consistency;
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to revenue strategies;
• Implement discount and promotion strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the pricing policy and company goals;
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare performance reports, controlling revenue optimization and integrating processes to maximize profitability in a highly competitive environment;
• Perform detailed market analyses to identify price trends and adjustment opportunities;
• Monitor and report on the performance of prices and discounts through key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights and recommendations for optimization;
• Propose improvements in the pricing backoffice, optimize processes, and ensure the effectiveness of pricing tools and systems;
• Closely monitor the company's sales, inventory, and margin, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements and qualifications

These cannot be missing from your background:

• Completed higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields (degree or graduation);
• Intermediate/advanced English;
• Advanced Excel;
• Knowledge in process development;
• Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Strategic Planning, or Sales Planning;
• Analytical vision for revenue optimization, cross-functional process management, market analysis, and strategic integration between areas.

What can add even more:

• Desirable knowledge in Python, statistics, A/B testing, and data intelligence.
