Testing Laboratory Technician (M/F)

We are looking for a Quality Laboratory Technician M/F for our client, a player in the plastics industry. Under the responsibility of the analytical laboratory manager, and within the quality department, your mission will be to plan, organize, and perform analyses and controls with autonomy limited to the techniques used and the resolution of classic problems. Write reports, rule on product conformity based on pre-established criteria, in a GMP environment context.

This job is located in Le Vaudreuil. The work schedule for this mission will be daytime.

Under the responsibility of the analytical laboratory manager, and within the quality department, your mission will be to plan, organize, and perform analyses and controls with autonomy limited to the techniques used and the resolution of classic problems. Write reports, rule on product conformity based on pre-established criteria, in a GMP environment context.

Organize, plan, and perform production control analyses and testing

Prepare and write reports and analyses for internal clients:

• Exploit and interpret measurement data issued by devices.
• Ensure consistency between specifications and the results obtained.
• Transmit results in the form of reports.
• Establish product conformity with respect to specifications.
• Validate the traceability of analyses and analytical reports issued by colleagues.

Guarantee equipment maintenance:

• Ensure preventive maintenance of devices and calibrations.
• Know how to identify a malfunction, alert for troubleshooting.
• Follow and validate equipment performance qualifications carried out by suppliers.

Implementation of new analytical methods:

• Perform validation analyses and inter-laboratory method transfers while respecting protocols.
• Get involved in the implementation of controls related to new methods.
• Perform the analyses necessary for industrial tool validation files.

Ideally: Scientific degree (BAC+2) or equivalent experience English B2/B1: Reading and writing technical documents and exchanges via email in English. Liquid chromatography (HPLC) and/or Gas (GC) skills required (minimum apprenticeship / practical internship). Knowledge of BPF and GMPs requirements
