Sales Support Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Technician M/F for our client, a player in industrial cryogenic equipment, to start as soon as possible.

Your mission is essential to support the client in its development.

This job is located in Hésingue (68220). The work rhythm for this mission will be during the day with variable slots: 07:00 - 08:00 / 16:30 - 19:00; Fixed slots: 08:00 - 11:30 / 12:30 - 16:30 - Overtime paid.

This job is sedentary.

Mission Advantages: Advances from the 1st day worked; A savings plan remunerated at 10%; A €100 bonus after 3 months of placement in the CET; 13th month.

Your main missions will be as follows: Create the technical article in the ERP, determine its technical characteristics (in some cases there is only a drawing for old articles, the person must be able to understand the drawing and report the characteristics and dimensions in the ERP); Associate technical drawings with the article.

-Create the catalog or master article and create the quality requirements from the requirements.

-Retrieve project information / serial numbers in the ERP; Validate the technical / master article or have it validated by quality for complex quality requirements.

-Create the Stock article, fill it in (following industrialization instructions) and set its status, and create the purchase article.

In case of an obsolete or invalid article in the ERP, communicate with engineering, after having identified which engineering to contact, in order to determine if the article can be valid or if it must remain obsolete (for repair use); perform change orders for the articles to be modified and obtain validation from engineering; Ensure the validation of the technical/master IFS article with complex quality requirements (e.g., HPGSL) by the quality department.

-Create the commercial article; Determine the commercial family based on instructions and the technical nature of the part.

Determine the sales price group.

-Define priorities based on the importance and urgency of the request.

-Handle priority requests and orchestrate the work of CRM assistants; immediate/priority processing of requests related to orders and customers who are experiencing breakdowns; Follow developments requested by different departments, modifications to processes and tools, propose ideas for improvement and productivity gains.

-Report problems and blockages and share improvements and solutions.

The gross remuneration without IFM and paid leave allowances is €2415 / month.

Profile Description:

Profile sought: Use of ERP IFS.

-Excel (tracking creations / KPI with Python, extraction of BOMs etc.); Reading technical drawings.

-Proficiency in written English.
