Industrial Unit Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Team Leader (M/F) for our client, a player in the production of Contenants.
Under the responsibility of the UHP Manager, your missions will be to enforce the internal regulations for all personnel within the assembly or Réglage perimeter and to resolve common problems.
This job is located in Vaudreuil.
The work schedule for this mission will be daytime with some on-call duties on weekends.
Mission Advantages: Advances from the 1st day worked; A remunerated savings at 10; A €100 bonus after 3 months of placement on the CET.
Directly reporting to the Responsable UHP, you will ensure the following tasks: Coordinate technical operations autonomously and guarantee the proper functioning of production equipment; Analyze UHP performance gaps and implement technical and organizational improvement actions; Support and lead régleurs and operators, notably through technical support, rituals, working groups, and the integration of newcomers; Coordinate preventive maintenance operations and ensure relations with technical services such as Méthodes and GTO; Participate in quality and continuous improvement processes, notably during the analysis of customer complaints, non-conformities, and the deployment of corrective actions.
The gross remuneration without IFM and paid leave allowances is €2518 / month.
Profile Description:
We are looking for profiles: You hold a Bac +3 degree primarily in management, technical, or continuous improvement, or have equivalent experience; You possess a good knowledge of production procedures, instructions, and operating modes, as well as the ultra-clean environment and BPF; You are comfortable with team leadership, activity coordination, and employee support; You master the IT tools necessary for the function, notably MES/SAP, Agilpoint, GTMAO, and Pack Office; You have a professional level of English allowing for the reading and writing of technical documents as well as email exchanges; You are autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and oriented towards continuous improvement.
