We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager M/F for our client, an aeronautics player, to start as soon as possible for a temporary mission. You will be the focal point of entry for customers and will be in charge of executing sales administration (ADV) for a given portfolio of clients.

As the focal point of entry for customers, you are in charge of executing sales administration (ADV) for a given portfolio of clients; in this capacity, you are the guarantor of contract/order compliance, you ensure customer satisfaction, contribute to economic performance (turnover, invoicing, unpaid invoices), and participate in achieving quality-cost-delivery objectives.

Manage Customer requests / orders (reception, analysis, integration, and administration of the request / order in SAP) Participate in contract reviews with the CSM in charge of the Customer Perform certain customer relationship functions delegated by the CSM (commercial proposals) or the manager Drive the progress of Customer files internally with the relevant departments (Programs including Classic Engines, MRO, Supply Chain and Finance, logistics, and other FO SHE) in order to guarantee contractual commitments Drive compliance with Customer commitments towards Safran HE (counterparts, customer agreements on quotes with the support of the CSM in charge of the Customer if needed) Authorize / ensure deliveries (verify availability of material / service and associated documentation, compliance with export control, trade compliance, and credit management) Invoice customers and monitor payment delays Participate in dispute management (invoicing, credit notes, warranty claims, discrepancies in logistics deliveries) in coordination with the Operator Quality Service Participate in activity monitoring reporting Participate in potential audits (internal control, customers, export control...) Drive customer meetings / visits Drive improvement projects on ADV activity Work in a team and in a pair with the CSM Provide customer support in a multicultural environment, varied activities

Profile sought: You hold a Master's degree (BAC + 5) You are fluent in English
