Sales Contract Manager (M/F)

About the company

We are looking for our client, a player in the aeronautics and industry sectors, for a Buyer (M/F). Reporting to Purchasing, and under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, you will take charge of a commodity portfolio. In connection with departments such as engineering, logistics, or quality, you will ensure the correct understanding of the purchasing need. This job is located in Plaisir and is on daytime hours - 214 annual days flat-rate.

Your tasks

Reporting to Purchasing, and under the responsibility of the Purchasing Manager, you will take charge of a commodity portfolio and will carry out the following missions:

• Renegotiation of prices and implementation / renewal of product contracts with suppliers
• Consolidation and deployment of the purchasing strategy in coherence with the SAO strategy
• Active participation in workshops at the Division level
• Steering the transition of products toward compliant solutions
• Renegotiation of economic conditions
• Monitoring deployment with suppliers
• Regular monitoring of suppliers (Supplier Business Review, etc.)
• Travel to supplier sites (France and potentially internationally)
• Support to planners and Supplier Performance Managers in case of high risk of shortage
• Identification and steering of productivity levers (tendering, techno-economic analyses, progress plans)
• Optimization of purchasing conditions
• Steering of obsolescences in connection with Product Support
• Impact analysis, sizing of Last Buy Orders (LBO), search for alternatives
• Steering or support for tenders for new developments
• Negotiation of economic and logistical conditions for series production

Requirements

Ideally, we are looking for profiles with:

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) or more than 3 years of experience in the purchasing field
• English B2 or B1: you work with international interlocutors.

Other

The gross remuneration without IFM and paid leave allowances is €4320 / month.
