Data analyst (M/F)

We are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST CSAT - Support Batch Manager M/F for our client, a player in the industry, to start as soon as possible This job is located in Tarnos The work schedule for this mission will be: Executive collective flat-rate hours (arrival between 7:00 AM and 9:15 AM, departure between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM)

Integrated within the Customer Satisfaction group of the Commerce Support and Services Department, your main missions will be the following:

• ensure C-SAT operational coordination;
• consolidate information and monitor action plans;
• facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders;
• collect, analyze, and formalize business needs;
• act as a link between users, business units, and project teams;
• support projects related to customer satisfaction and new tools;
• participate in the testing, deployment, and user support phases

You possess the following skills:

• coordination and project management;
• Business Analyst skills (requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, functional writing);
• meeting facilitation and the ability to unite multiple stakeholders;
• writing skills;
• organizational skills and autonomy;
• good understanding of the challenges related to customer satisfaction;
• proficiency with digital tools, notably power BI + AI-based tools and an interest in new technologies.

We are looking for profiles: You have a Master's degree (BAC+5) You speak English fluently (in a professional environment)
