Industrial Project Coordinator (M/F)

Job Description: We are looking for Project Coordinators (M/F) to start as soon as possible for our client, an industrial player specializing in the coordination of customer projects related to coloring and decoration developments.

Your mission is essential to ensure the monitoring of commercial projects, guarantee their industrial feasibility, and act as the link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

This job is located in Charleval The work schedule for this mission will be daytime.

Reporting directly to the Customer Projects Manager, you will perform the following tasks:

• Gather information related to the management of commercial projects and register new projects in the ERP
• Ensure the industrial feasibility of developments in connection with R&D, production, and quality
• Prepare and transmit the technical documents necessary for the monitoring and validation of projects
• Establish back-schedules, monitor the progress of trials, and mobilize various stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
• Organize and facilitate the exchanges necessary for project evolution, while ensuring the interface between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments

The gross remuneration without IFM and paid leave allowances is €3,150 / month.

Profile Description: We are looking for profiles:

• You hold a BAC+2 degree or have equivalent experience
• You are proficient in Pack Office and have knowledge of IT tools related to decorations, such as Illustrator
• You have knowledge of coloring and decoration processes, as well as quality environments and associated procedures
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, initiative, and good interpersonal skills
• You have operational English.
