Customer Relations Advisor (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Advisor (M/F) on a 6-month renewable fixed-term contract (CDD) to join our client, a major player in industrial product logistics, at its site located in Atton (54). You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will ensure the follow-up of their requests in connection with the operational teams.

You possess excellent communication and listening skills, enjoy teamwork, and are comfortable managing multiple subjects in parallel.

You are proficient in Pack Office and have a minimum English level of B1.

Your organization, reactivity, and initiative will be essential assets for success in this position.

Be the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high-quality follow-up.

Follow up on requests, projects, and any malfunctions with rigor and reactivity.

Participate in and occasionally lead exchanges with customers and carriers.

Coordinate specific requests with the warehouse teams.

Ensure project follow-up and guarantee compliance with commitments.

Monitor performance and customer satisfaction indicators.

Identify risks and ensure proactive alert reporting.

Implement communication and monitoring tools.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Support new arrivals during their onboarding.

The gross remuneration without IFM and paid leave allowances is €2208 / month.

Profile Description:

6-month renewable CDD

Work from Monday to Friday

Day shifts: 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00

Salary: €2,100 gross/month
