Sales Advisor / Sales Advisor for a corporate clientele (M/F)

We are looking for Customer Relations Advisors (M/F) for our client, a major player in logistics for pharmaceutical products. Your mission is essential to ensure that goods are sent out as quickly as possible. We need you to strengthen our teams! This position is located in Chanteloup en brie, on daytime shifts, from Monday to Friday.

The main function of the Customer Relations Advisor is to ensure the processing of client telephone calls and their follow-up. This includes, among other things, taking orders by telephone and processing requests related to these orders using specific CRM and ERP tools.

• Follow administrative procedures for order processing
• Record the order in the CRM information system.
• Inform the client about the progress of their order
• Process, manage, and follow up on client requests
• Immediately record disputes/complaints issued by clients in the CRM tool and ensure their processing
• Answer telephone calls
• Respect client scripts during call taking

We are looking for profiles:

• You have at least 1 year of similar experience
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and demonstrate calmness
• You have an intermediate level of English mastery
