Industrialization Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description We are looking for an M/F Project Manager for our client, a player in the industry, to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks
Reporting to the site's Industrialization Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the creation of new offers or the evolution of existing products, ensuring consistency between product design, manufacturing processes, and industrial performance.
As part of the creation of new offers or product evolutions: Participate in product design, guiding choices to guarantee manufacturability; Define technological architectures and the production means to be implemented; Provide your expertise to process AMDEC analyses; Contribute to the budgetary definition of necessary investments and the evaluation of the impact on product costs; Write specifications and qualification plans associated with production means; Manage the implementation, qualification, and commissioning of industrial means, whether internally or via our suppliers (monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines); Support the ramp-up of production and ensure the transfer of skills to operational teams; Contribute to cross-functional improvement projects, capitalizing on best practices and disseminating them within the industrial community.
Requirements
Profile Description We are looking for profiles: You have an engineering degree in a technological field (mechanics, electrotechnics, industrialization); You have significant experience (min 2 years) in the fields of industrialization, methods, or production; You master industrial management and have good knowledge of Lean; You have a minimum English level of B2.
