Client Management Officer

An investment and tax services consultancy firm in Thessaloniki, with a client base of businesses and freelancers in Greece and England, is seeking a Client Management Officer to staff its department in Thessaloniki, Charilaou area. The position involves five-day employment, Monday to Friday, with satisfactory compensation and the possibility of hybrid remote work after basic training. A significant part of the daily work is conducted in English, communicating with accountants and partners abroad. For this reason, the level of English is the primary evaluation criterion for every candidate. The position is aimed at candidates in the early stages of their professional careers. Greater importance will be placed on the willingness to learn rather than years of experience. The selection interview will be conducted primarily in English.

Responsibilities Organization and management of the client base using CRM Communication with partners and accountants via email and telephone, in Greek and English Organization and monitoring of client requests, cases, and pending matters Informing and explaining our services to potential clients (leads) Social media management in collaboration with the Marketing department

Required Qualifications: Comfort in using PCs, email, and office applications Excellent knowledge of English at written and spoken levels Very good communication skills and professional behavior Eagerness to study new interesting subjects regarding the operation and organization of a business Basic knowledge of using & managing Social Media (appropriate training is provided) It is desirable for the candidate to hold a university degree Ambitions for continuous growth & eagerness to learn
