Associate Professor in Photography (Temporary Position)

Now HDK-Valand is seeking an Associate Professor in Photography who will teach and be the program director for the Master's Programme in Photography. You will become part of the Film, Photography and Literary Creation unit. Based on your own artistic practice and research, you are expected to contribute to the department's complete environment. In your role as Associate Professor, you will also support and develop pedagogy and teaching methods for artistic practice within the subject of photography. In the role of program director, you have overall responsibility for the Master's Programme in Photography. You will collaborate with other program directors and the unit manager in the strategic development of the program. Teaching takes place mainly in English. The employment includes time for your own research amounting to 15% of the employment extent.
