VP Business Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Business Manager leads business planning and operational execution to support the company’s growth and performance. The role works with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, monitor results, improve processes and deliver strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business plans, targets and budgets in line with company objectives.
• Monitor business performance and prepare regular reports, forecasts and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends and business risks.
• Lead strategic and operational projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are delivered.
• Work with teams across sales, finance, operations, HR and other functions to resolve business issues.
• Improve processes, resource planning and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, where applicable.
• Ensure business activities follow company policies and applicable requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in business planning, budgeting, performance analysis and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with teams across different functions.
