Music Operation Executive

Job Summary

Support the worship team by managing music resources, coordinating rehearsals and services, recruiting and training ministry members, and assisting the team leader to deliver engaging worship experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the worship team to plan and execute services and activities effectively
• Oversee rehearsals to ensure team readiness and performance quality
• Manage worship music resources, including the music library and musical instruments, to maintain availability and organization
• Recruit and train music ministry members to build a skilled and cohesive team
• Assist the team leader with assigned duties to support worship operations
• Work on weekends with a weekday off to meet service schedules

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Music

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in singing and skilled in playing at least one musical instrument to contribute musically to worship
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication within the team and community
