Maintenance and Facilities Assistant

Job Summary You will perform minor repairs and general maintenance in yard areas, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. You will conduct routine facility inspections, coordinate with contractors, maintain cleanliness, assist in company events, and support daily housekeeping and plant care. Responsibilities Perform minor repairs and general maintenance in yard areas to ensure safe and functional facilities Execute basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs to maintain operational infrastructure Conduct routine inspections of company facilities to identify and report defects for timely resolution Coordinate with external contractors and vendors during site visits and repair works to ensure quality and compliance Assist in setting up and supporting company events to facilitate smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and neatness of yard surroundings and landscaped zones to uphold a safe and pleasant environment Carry out daily housekeeping tasks including watering plants to support facility upkeep Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives
