Head of Programme (0.7 FTE)

In this role, you will have a varied, dynamic and central position within the organisation. You will be responsible for the programme department, which is responsible for putting together the festival Where needed, you will curate programmes, ensure that all film rights are secured, organise more than 100 screenings and monitor the schedule and budget.
About Go Short
Go Short - International Short Film Festival Nijmegen has been the largest short film festival in the Netherlands for over 18 years, giving it a unique position within the Dutch film landscape. Go Short is also one of the leading festivals in the short film circuit, offering filmmakers the opportunity to qualify for the Oscars, BAFTAs and European Film Awards. The organisation consists of a team of 11 permanent employees and grows to around 20 employees and interns in the run-up to the festival, supplemented by more than 100 volunteers. Following a successful festival edition in 2026, Go Short is now working with great energy towards the next edition, taking place from 6-11 April 2027.
