Senior Engine Programmer

As the studio behind titles like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2 turns toward new projects, we are looking for a senior engine programmer to join the team and help us create the games of excellence our fans are used to. Your daily life will look like Working on all aspects of engine development Writing high-performance, robust, and maintainable code Debugging, profiling, and optimizing code to achieve our quality and performance goals Participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation Demonstrating a clear willingness to create games of the highest possible quality Actively participating in engine design and production Serving as a mentor to team members and supporting them The profile we are looking for More than 5 years of experience in game development Expertise in C++ An open mind and the willingness to collaborate, experiment, and improve specific features through iteration A passion for making, and playing, exceptional games Data-oriented development experience Experience with a wide range of CPU and GPU profiling tools Multithreading should be second nature Knowledge of modern hardware This is a full-time position at our premises.
