Here is what you will be required to do as a process engineer: Participate in the realization of industrial agri-food projects, from mandate definition to production startup; Analyze client needs and propose adapted technical solutions; Design processes: design, plans and specifications, engineering calculations, and drafting of technical documents; Create and update process P&ID; Select equipment, conduct price research, and coordinate project-related purchases; Prepare schedules and budgets and ensure rigorous cost monitoring; Collaborate with various project stakeholders (designers, drafters, automation, suppliers, etc.); Perform on-site surveys, participate in production shutdowns, and supervise work during equipment installation; Participate in startup, production monitoring, and process improvements at client sites; Contribute to the preparation of service offers and represent the company to clients.

Here is the profile we are looking for for this position: More than 3 years of experience as a process engineer; Bachelor's degree in food engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering; You are a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec; ASP Construction course; Excellent knowledge of food processing processes; You have experience with full project management; Advanced English level to be able to communicate with English-speaking clientele; Good knowledge of the Office Suite; Own a car to travel to client sites; You are a curious person who loves to develop their knowledge in food processing; You are comfortable developing and maintaining trusting relationships with your clients; You are resourceful and enjoy working in the field.
