We are looking for a passionate and committed Quality Coordinator to ensure compliance with our quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Your daily responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all activities related to quality (standards, audits, certifications) within the scheduled deadlines; Promote the quality management policy to internal teams; Ensure compliance with quality standards established by the company, government agencies, and customers; Collaborate with production, customer service, and sales departments to develop robust processes; Analyze and resolve quality issues, in collaboration with supervisors and key plant stakeholders; Optimize manufacturing processes using continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, GEMBA Walks, etc.); Monitor performance indicators (KPI) for quality and promote rapid decision-making; Manage and maintain required certifications (HACCP, SQF, etc.); Coordinate the customer complaint management process, non-conformities, and corrective actions; Deliver required technical training and support the team in developing a food safety culture. 📨
Desired qualities and skills: Diploma in quality control or equivalent experience; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a unionized environment (an asset); Expertise in quality standards, continuous improvement, and implementing certifications (HACCP, SQF); Proficiency with tools: Microsoft Office Suite, English (4/5) for exchanges with international partners; Green Belt certificate (an asset); Skills: organizational skills, rigor, teamwork, team mobilization.
