You will be called upon to understand business needs, develop innovative approaches, and create lasting links between the right people and the right opportunities.
Your role: attract, connect, and influence Reporting to the Directrice, acquisition de talents, you will be a key partner to headquarters leaders in order to identify, attract, and select the talent that will contribute to the organization's growth, primarily in professional and strategic roles.
In particular, you will have the opportunity to: Take charge of the full recruitment cycle for primarily professional and specialized positions;
Develop direct approach and sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates;
Act as a consulting partner to managers in their hiring decisions;
Influence practices, challenge approaches with tact and collaboration, while supporting leaders in their reflections and decisions;
Represent Le Groupe Maurice at recruitment events, networking activities, professional congresses, and university events;
Contribute to the visibility of the employer brand within different communities;
Participate in the development of campus recruitment and partnerships with educational institutions;
Optimize talent acquisition processes and tools, notably with our ATS Dayforce;
Collaborate on various HR projects that contribute to the evolution of the organization.

You could be the person we are looking for if you possess: A DEC or a university degree in human resources, administration, management, or a related field;
3 years of experience in talent acquisition, including the recruitment of professional or corporate profiles;
Experience in sourcing, direct approach, and attraction strategies;
Comfort in acting as a business partner to managers;
Ease with digital tools and learning new platforms;
Advanced English allowing for exchanges with English-speaking candidates and partners, notably in Ontario.
