As a Procurement Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and deploying procurement policies, strategies, and methodologies for the group's clients. You will also take charge of the clients' procurement during the duration of each project until the client is autonomous with the policies and strategies put in place.

Job tasks Identification of needs: Analyze client procurement, Propose cost reduction paths, Identify project risks and market threats, Identify the client's internal strengths or external opportunities,

Procurement and supply chain management: Proceed with the purchase of indirect goods or services, Draft and launch calls for tenders, Perform supplier sourcing, Negotiate with suppliers, Receive and analyze bids, Manage purchase contracts, Follow up on orders, Evaluate supplier performance, Collaborate with different departments (internal clients), Organize site visits, Propose improvement ideas,

Monitoring progress of actions Maintain a dashboard, budget tracking, etc., Write progress reports, Implement corrective actions.

Requirements Degree in the field of procurement, 5 years of experience in IT, indirect, and/or public procurement, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Autonomy and professional rigor, Problem-solving and data analysis, Bilingualism (French/English), Be eligible for a Young Professional or V.I.E. permit, or be authorized to work in Canada (open permit, permanent residence, or citizenship)
