Corporate Admin Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 Education in Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or Industrial/Mining Engineering. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in corporate administration or document management. Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the mining industry (oil & gas, coal, or minerals) is highly preferred. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office (especially complex formulas/macros in Microsoft Excel for databases and reports). Ready to undertake business travel or accompany superiors on visits to mine sites if required. Understand basic mining regulations and legal licensing workflows (such as documents related to ESDM, KLHK, or labor). Able to manage large-scale corporate filing systems with a high level of accuracy. Have a basic understanding of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles to align administrative reports with occupational safety standards. Understand business correspondence workflows, preparation of minutes of meeting, data entry management, as well as business report preparation. Possess excellent cross-departmental communication skills to bridge administrative needs between management at the Corporate/Head Office and technical operational teams at the mine site. Meticulous in conducting report audits, analyzing operational/financial data discrepancies, and able to work under strict deadlines.
