AVL Technician

Key Responsibilities Setup & Operation: Install, configure, and operate sound, lighting, and video systems for events, services, and productions.

Ensure all AVL systems are properly tested and functional before each event.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with AVL equipment, cabling, and signal flow.

Perform routine maintenance and inventory management of AVL gear.

Programming & Configuration: Program lighting consoles, audio mixers, and video switchers as required.

Configure digital audio networks (e.g., Dante, AVB) and video distribution systems.

Event Support: Provide live technical support during rehearsals and events.

Collaborate with event coordinators, performers, and other technical staff to meet production needs.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety standards for rigging, electrical systems, and equipment handling.

Maintain organized, safe, and efficient workspaces.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of setups, system configurations, and maintenance activities.

Report equipment issues or needs to supervisors

Possessed Class 3/3A license a must.
