Quality Technician
To be eligible for the position, we see that you seeking have previous experience in quality work within production, such as production technician or quality technician. You have good knowledge and experience of quality work, quality tools, and problem-solving. Documented education in technology and quality is a merit, but your previous experience will also be taken into account. You are also a proficient user of the Office package. As a person, you are open-minded, driven, and meticulous. You enjoy working both independently and in a group, like having a lot to do at once, and always value quality and service highly. We would like you to be comfortable with English, both spoken and written. In the role of quality technician, communication is important, which means we would like to see that you have the ability to communicate in various forums, without hindrance. Together with cross-functional teams, you will drive the work with quality-related issues and ensure that processes and routines are followed. Your main tasks in the position will be to support the business in the work with methods and tools. You will drive deviation management based on implemented working methods, and you will do this together with cross-functional working groups. We want you to work from a customer perspective and act to constantly consider customer benefit in the activities carried out in the business. In the role, you will include among other things:
- Be the driving force responsible for deviation handling in production
- Follow up and report quality issues in various forums
- Maintain, develop, and improve processes and routines
- Support the department and the quality manager as needed
- Contribute to ensuring that the value stream is constantly in focus
- Ensure that quality-related activities maintain a good pace and point out deviating behaviors from set processes.
