Associate Engineer
Job Summary
Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on electronic/electrical systems to ensure operational reliability. Collaborate with teams for system integration and optimization while managing inventory and calibration records to support 24/7 seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily routine inspection and planned preventive maintenance checks at sites to ensure system operational readiness
- Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of systems in real-world environments to verify functionality and performance
- Diagnose, analyze, and repair system faults promptly during corrective maintenance calls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, optimize performance, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain accurate records and manage inventory of system spares to support maintenance activities
- Track and manage calibration schedules and records for test equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Coordinate with other teams and departments to escalate issues and align efforts for timely resolution
- Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and supervisors daily to update on work status and ensure customer satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair electronic/electrical systems
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 operations
