About the company
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group HQ team. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent to support the strategic growth of our client organisations across Singapore.
Your tasks
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles and industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and hiring requirements.
- Proactively source and screen high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and skills assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Provide timely, professional and transparent communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment CRM system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Passionate about people and recruitment.
- Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working towards targets.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team players with a positive attitude.
- No prior experience required, training will be provided.
