Operation Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Job Summary Responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, process stability, production efficiency, and yield improvement in specific process modules. Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes and equipment performance. Troubleshoot process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Drive process optimization, yield improvement, defect reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor process parameters and production performance to ensure consistent product quality. Support new product introduction, process qualification, engineering trials, and production ramp-up. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Equipment, and other engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans while ensuring compliance with EHS and quality requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. Strong process engineering fundamentals and manufacturing experience. Experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and root cause analysis. Hands-on experience with Texture and Washer processes/equipment is highly preferred or experience in sputtering, thin-film, vacuum processes, semiconductor, HDD media, or precision engineering also considerable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
