Field Service (SBT)

Your tasks

• Execute service contracts to evaluate customer facility's operating integrity and advise rectification suggestion to resolve area of concern.
• Perform visual and functional checks on products on site in support to Quality Team product investigation.
• Provide on-site installation oversight on contractors for proper handling and installation of products.
• Work closely with Sales to identify and promote fluid systems solutions and field services sales opportunities.
• Perform on-site walk-through to identify areas that can qualify as an opportunity for products, fluid systems solutions and field services sales.
• Design application solutions and field services proposal with Commercial Proposal Team and attend technical clarification meetings as required.
• Support internal associates' technical knowledge development through products and application solutions training.
• Support in the development of commercialization plans and implement activities to support company's strategic plans initiatives to grow Products and Engineering Services sales.
• To lead and drive the field services business in Singapore, Philippines, and Brunei.
• To extend support to other distributor in specific regions that are strategic and critical to company
• Other duties and assignments as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instrument / Mechanical engineering or strong science/technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant onsite sales experience in instrumentation or process industry.
• Knowledgeable in Industry safety requirement and practices
• Ability to solve complex problems and complete multiple projects using problem solving methods to make sound engineering decisions.
