Control-M Specialist (Banking) - 1 year contract

Responsibilities: Manage and support global middleware production services (Control-M, CFT, MQ) Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance stability Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests Collaborate with development, project, and business teams on requirements and delivery Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives Perform technical analysis and performance optimisation Support and enhance middleware platforms and interfaces Develop self-service workflows and automation solutions Participate in regional/global projects and strategic initiatives Provide on-call and shift support (rotational basis)

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in middleware / infrastructure Technical Skills (Must Have): Operating Systems: Linux / Unix / Windows Middleware: BMC Control-M, Axway CFT / Secure Transport / Sentinel, IBM MQ Monitoring Tools: OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos Scripting: Shell, Python, Java, PowerShell, Perl Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Nice to Have: Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, ElasticSearch, Rundeck, Git DevOps tools & frameworks BMC Control-M Certification (v9) Experience in banking / financial services IBM MQ expertise
