🚦 Traffic Controller 📍 Location: Pioneer 💰 Salary: Up to $3,900/month , depending on relevant experience 🕐 Full-Time Position Working Hours Morning Shift Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Sat: 7:30 AM until completion of daily tasks

Sun: Off

Afternoon Shift Mon–Fri: 3:30 PM until completion of daily tasks

Sat: Off

Sun: 7:30 AM until completion of daily tasks

Your Role Coordinate and manage a team of prime mover drivers

Plan and assign daily jobs efficiently

Monitor job progress and driver movements

Coordinate trucking arrangements and depot bookings

Handle operational documentation and systems

Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams

Support smooth and efficient daily operations

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements Minimum GCE O-Level or A-Level

Preferably 5 years of relevant logistics/traffic control experience

Good command of English and Mandarin for communication with relevant stakeholders

Good knowledge of Singapore roads and routes

Strong planning, coordination and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Familiarity with PSA Portnet / Haulier Community System is an advantage

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
