Software Quality Assurance (Bank)

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test code using Selenium-based testing framework Contribute to the test automation chapter, sharing knowledge and best practices across the department Perform non-regression testing on upcoming application releases to ensure quality and stability Collaborate with development and operations teams for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution Monitor and execute scheduled test jobs (daily, weekly, monthly) Maintain and improve existing testing workflows, processes, and frameworks Prepare test reports and documentation for stakeholders

Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Test Engineer , preferably in banking or financial services environment Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot) to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities

Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including prompt engineering, model limitations, and best practices for human-AI collaboration Experience in evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and alignment with business requirements Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within existing workflows and processes
