(Senior) Assistant Manager / Manager, Strategic Planning

Job Responsibities Strategy: Help shape the company's short- and long-term goals and priorities. Research and analyse to support decisions, and prepare presentations for leadership. Performance tracking: Set up KPIs and monitoring frameworks. Track results against goals, flag issues to management, and turn data into clear insights and reports. Planning cycles: Run the annual Institution-wide Workplan Cycle (set focus areas, work with departments, review plans, follow up). Plan and run the Senior Management Retreat end to end. Governance: Complete Capital Expenditure Post-Implementation Reviews (did the investment deliver what was intended?). Oversee governance of new thematic units and clinical services. Other: Work with clinical leads on clinical services strategy, support special projects (hospital strategy papers, pilots), and take on other duties as assigned.
