QA Technician

🧪 QA Technician (Laboratory) 📍 Ang Mo Kio | Full-Time Join a leading manufacturing environment as a QA Technician , supporting laboratory analysis and quality activities to ensure consistent product standards. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Perform ICP-OES analysis and other laboratory activities supporting manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation and statistical data . Monitor SPC trends and review analysis results for abnormalities. Troubleshoot daily laboratory analysis issues and support corrective actions. Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, databases and proper housekeeping. Monitor inventory levels for pure metals, master alloys and laboratory supplies. Ensure compliance with 7S requirements, laboratory procedures and work instructions . Support continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects as assigned. 🎯 Requirements Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience . Experience with ICP-OES, IC, XRF, UV-Vis or titration is an advantage. Good attention to detail with strong documentation and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a laboratory environment with required PPE and cleanroom/workwear requirements . ✨ Why Join?
