IT Operations Executive (West/Contract)

Supported ITSM operations to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Assisted in developing and improving key operational workflows and processes.

Participated in stakeholder discussions to identify and implement process improvements.

Maintained and updated operations handbooks and documentation to ensure accurate records.

Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Operations Management, IT, Marketing, Business or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience with JIRA or ITSM tools is an advantage, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additional Information: Up to $3800
