IT Coordinator

Responsibilities Act as the key IT business partner, understanding business needs and translating them into practical IT solutions.

Manage IT infrastructure, services, support requests and coordinate with relevant IT teams to ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, governance, cybersecurity standards and organisational requirements.

Lead IT projects, process improvements and implementation of solutions aligned with business and operational needs.

Drive technology innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts and supporting digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, virtual machines, data storage, enterprise systems and IT service management.

Good understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, policies, standards and compliance requirements.

Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
