Job Scope

  • Gather user signals and feedback to support the evaluation and improvement of AI features.
  • Develop and maintain iOS apps with Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Partner with backend and ML engineers on API design and expected system behaviour.
  • Tune app performance, memory usage and battery efficiency.
  • Uphold high App Store quality, stability and production reliability.
  • Design UX patterns for AI interactions, such as loading states, streaming responses, retries and fallbacks.
  • Connect AI-powered features to the app through backend APIs.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with feature flags or remote configuration tools.
  • At least 3 years of iOS development experience with Swift.
  • Good grasp of async/await, concurrency and background tasks.
  • Experience releasing and maintaining production iOS apps.
  • Exposure to Core ML or lightweight on-device ML.
  • Practical experience adding AI-powered features to mobile apps.
  • Able to design for latency, partial failures and non-deterministic AI outputs.
  • Solid skills in iOS performance and memory optimisation.
  • Good sense of AI UX patterns and what builds user trust.
