Infrastructure PMO Lead (Bank, Permanent)

Your tasks

• Support technology project portfolio governance, financial management, resource planning and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain project dashboards, portfolio trackers and management status reports.
• Track project budgets, expenditure, payment processing and vendor-related financial activities.
• Coordinate resource planning, utilisation tracking, hiring and onboarding activities.
• Facilitate coordination between internal teams, project stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage PMO administration, governance documentation, meeting records and action-item tracking.
• Improve and standardise PMO governance, reporting and operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, portfolio management or project management, preferably in banking, financial services or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of vendor management processes, procurement coordination and vendor payment activities.
• Experience in budget planning, financial tracking, expenditure monitoring and cost management.
• Practical experience in resource planning, utilisation tracking and resource onboarding coordination.
• Experience managing project portfolio reporting and governance, with proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate or similar reporting tools preferred.
