HR Officer (Convertible Contract)

Key responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for roles ranging from frontline staff to management

Collaborate with department heads and external recruiters to ensure all vacancies are filled within established timelines

Support the implementation of employee welfare initiatives and programs in alignment with corporate policies

Lead employee engagement efforts and serve as a key member of the Staff Recreation Committee to plan and execute company events

Oversee canteen vendors and contractors to maintain high standards of facility operations

Execute all work pass administration and compliance tasks for the foreign workforce within assigned business units

Requirements Diploma in HR management or relevant field

1-2 years of working experience in HR function.

Prior experience are welcome to apply.

Willing to work in manufacturing environment
