Finance & Accounting Executive (MNC)

Performed financial transaction reviews, including accounting entries, Concur claims, vendor invoices, income billings, accruals, and payment processing to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Managed month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, fair value adjustments, bank reconciliations, foreign currency transactions, and preparation of financial reports.

Oversaw inventory and asset accounting, including stock reconciliations, low-value asset capitalization, asset master creation, and verification of import/export documentation.

Collaborated closely with business units to resolve finance-related queries, validate supporting documents, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Supported internal control and compliance initiatives by conducting transaction sampling, reviewing documents against J-SOX requirements, and identifying control gaps for management review.

Requirement: Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or related fields. Candidates should have knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards, Microsoft Office, and preferably SAP
